I am a sculptor and a doctor, an unusual combination. I was born and brought up in the Highlands of Scotland. I trained as a doctor in London and then worked in Britain and Canada finally settling in Edinburgh. I stopped work to have 3 children. I then began to sculpt, training under Vincent Butler RSA. RGI. one of Scotland's leading bronze sculptors.
